Hotel La Stüa - :) We liked it! [22]

We had a very short stay, but would very much have liked to stay a good deal longer, and La Stüa will be at the top of our list when we consider coming back to the Dolomites for a vacation, hopefully as soon as this summer. We got in at the tail end of the ski season and had a wonderful time. The owners and staff were extremely kind and helpful, from the room to mealtimes, we were very happily surprised not only by the service, but also by the quality of the fare. The owners are very proud of the region and the Ladin culture and had organized the week for all the guests not only in terms of the typical arrival and parting days, but also in order to treat the guests to local drinks and food. We were with our two and a half year old child, and we were made to feel very comfortable and welcome despite the difficulties that a small child may sometimes create. Hats off!
