Hotel Mezdì

Colfosco is a small mountain village situated at the foot of some of the most beautiful Dolomitic peaks, like the Sassongher Peak, the Ciampac Peak and the stately Sella Group with its 3152 meters high Piz Boé.
Due to its central position the Berghotel Mezdì represents an ideal place for a comfortable stay. In winter for instance, you can reach the ski slopes directly starting from the Hotel, from which there also starts the famous Sellaronda Ring. So you will have the opportunity to ski and to reach many of the ski areas within the Dolomitisuperski, without using the car. The mountain-climber ski slope of the Mezdì Valley, just opposite to the Hotel is waiting there for the most courageous people. If you want to enjoy your holiday on the snow in a very complete way, you can try the shiver of the mountain-climber skiing, you can make excursions with snowshoes on your feet or an exciting toboggan ride.
In summer the nature around becomes a poem: green meadows covered with flowers and the stately Dolomites' Peaks with their shapes and colours, in an unique and unforgettable scenery. Directly from the Hotel you can start many walks and excursions and discover all the magic aspects of a nature which is still uncontaminated. Moreover, there is the opportunity to climb many tracks as well as, for bikers and mountain bikers a lot of paths to ride through. Very near to the Hotel there are many sports facilities like tennis places, riding schools, sport fields, a climbing school, fishing facilities, a jogging area and a golf place with nine holes at only 5 kilometres from the Hotel.
