Spacious and comfortable apartments for 2-4 people with double room, living room with couch-bed and TV, separate kitchen and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with tub). All apartments are fully equipped, have private parking spots and a balcony/terrace with a splendid view.

The house Parüs is located in La Villa in a beautiful sunny and very quiet position, there are no roads nearby, we are at the end of a cul-de-sac. The view from the windows and balconies of the house is fantastic to the Santa Croce Massif.

The apartments Ciasa Declara are situated between the villages La Villa and San Cassiano, in Alta Badia. The house is situated in a quiet position, ideal for your winter and summer holidays. In summer you can start for many walking tours and excursions in the Dolomites.
