The apartments Ciasa Declara are situated between the villages La Villa and San Cassiano, in Alta Badia. The house is situated in a quiet position, ideal for your winter and summer holidays.
In summer it is a great starting point for many walking tours and excursions in the Dolomites.
The house offers also a garden and a car park. In winter, nearby the house, you will find the bus stop of the ski bus that takes you to the lifts of San Cassiano, where you access directly to the skiing area Dolomiti Superski with its famous Sella Ronda.
The apartments are big enough for 5 and for 6/8 persons and are elegantly furnished using precious natural wood from the Tyrolean forests (pine, larch, swiss stone pine) for a healthy, wholesome and well-being comfort.

A comfortable and spacious stay

We visited San Cassiano for the first time this Christmas. We received a warm welcome from the owner and family when we arrived. We had had a long journey from Venice as our navigation system had sent us the 'scenic route'!
All the beds were comfy and apart from there being no oven for turkey - the apartment is very well furnished and equipped. The owners are also on hand to answer any questions about the area. The apartment is currently very spacious and there are views from each balcony. It is also positioned in a quiet hamlet just outside of the main village with the convenience of the shuttle bus stop (2 hours morning and evening) right outside the door. I would not recommend walking to the village at night as the pavements are limited and are not illuminated. During daytime however there is a beautiful scenic walk along the valley floor next to the river which will take you into the village.
There are no toiletries or food stocks provided - so do be aware that you will need to do a full shop before you arrive at the apartment. There is plenty of parking and the ski room is heated and spacious too. The Wi-Fi in the apartment was really useful to us.
A very generous sized property with caring hosts. A big thank you for the Christmas day Prosecco and Panettone!

Perfect accommodation for a ski week

The apartments are comfortable and cosy, full equipped and furnished. Everything is new. The owners are kind, helpful and caring. Good situation in a quiet place between San Cassiano and La Villa. Free skibus at 20 meters. Definitely, a great week!

Very good

This flat is really comfortable, spacious and cosy! We were 7 and really at ease, there is even a place for yoga or stretching. A little lack of equipment (few glasses, spoons, etc.) Especially good the dishwasher. A good place to return!
