The Pescollderungg family welcomes you at Ciasa Costadedoi, an old farmhouse offering comfortable apartments for a nice and relaxing holiday in a familiar atmosphere. Ciasa Costadedoi is a family-run business located in the village of Costadedoi, just outside the village center of San Cassiano in Alta Badia. The location of the house on the outskirts of the village is a convenient starting point for various activities both in summer and winter. The lift station of "Piz Sorega", only 5 minutes by car or easily reachable by skibus, grants connection to the slopes of Alta Badia, the famous Sella Ronda and the entire ski area of Dolomiti Superski. In summer scenic trails offer opportunities for walking and hiking with spectacular views of the Dolomites, which have been recognised as a world heritage site by the Unesco.

The best location for skiers

Our stay in Ciasa Costadedoi was the best experience ever since we started our skiing adventure in Italian Dolomites some time ago. The owners were so much helpful upon arrival and during our stay. Slopes are accessible by the skibus. The bus stop, located just a few steps from the skiroom, it is the first stop, so the bus is empty at your disposal.

The apartment is wonderful, spotlessly clean, and modern, equipped with everything you need. Our host Ulrike gave us all the needed practical tips, very friendly, professional and welcoming. The ski shuttle bus, just a few steps away from the apartment, takes you straight to the cable car station "Piz Sorega". Altogether high quality of service, absolutely fantastic. Very comfortable apartment with twin bedrooms, nice kitchen and complete bathroom. We were made a very warm welcome when we arrived. Apartment on the third floor with big balcony with mountain view. In the basement, a heated room for skis and shoes. Ski bus stops in regular intervals almost in front of the apartment. In the morning, bread service is available.

We stayed in Ciasa Costadedoi for a week in June. Everything was excellent - starting with the hosts, who prepared the place and made sure all of our needs are met. The apartment was as described- spacious, very well designed and comfortably laid-out. It was very well equipped and the quality of interior design was very high- there's been a lot of hard work put into creating the place. We loved the modern yet traditional character of the place, which fits very well with the whole region of Alta Badia. The balconies and windows are big and provide fantastic views of the mountains. All is very clean and very well looked after. Space for bikes is provided and all is safe, easy to navigate. The house sits in a good location, close to the bus stop so if you have no car, there should be no problem with transport. It's also a good spot for cycling and hiking- a lot of trails start just outside of the house. We loved it there and we will be back.

We had a marvelous stay at Ciasa Costadedoi as the apartment met all our expectations. It is cozy and well furnished. It was a nice change to have an apartment on the ground floor, the ski room on the same level which was always warm so our boots got dry just by being there, and the distance to the ski bus was given correctly. The host speaks fluent English and is very friendly. I hope we can return :) close

It was a great week in San Cassiano, at Ciasa Costadedoi. We had a very nicely furnished apartment, newly renovated, all in woods, spacious rooms with all the necessary equipment. The ski bus stop is directly in front of the house (80m), the parking also next to the house. Very pleasant owners. I can only recommend this accommodation. close

The apartaments are located on a great spot, really close to all of the bigger ski piste, but the nights are not noisy at all. The new rooms are quite modern and cosy with a lot of space to move around. There is also Wi-fi offered free for anyone that needs more information.
It is good that there are parking spaces right in front of the building so you do not have to pay for another parking service.
We have been visiting the same apartments for over 15 years and we are really happy with everything that was improved. Since we are a family of 5, the expansion of the rooms has been really something we looked to, as well with everything in the rooms, that was replaced by new gear. Not to mention that the staff is very kind and helpful.
We can not wait to again visit Ciasa Costadedoi the next year. We had a great skiing experience!

Me and my family stayed in Ciasa Costadedoi for during the New Years Eve break. Everything was perfect - nice apartments, very pleasant host. I definitely recommend this place for families as well as for couples, friends etc. Nice village a few steps from San Cassiano. In my opinion one of best locations in Alta Badia.
