First of all, the quiet, sunny and extremely strategic location - just a few meters away from the Dolomiti Superski slopes and from the splendid hiking trails of the Santa Croce area. You can hardly imagine a better scenery for various summer and winter activities for both sports enthusiasts and families with children. Surrounded by the beauty of the majestic Dolomites, you will truly enjoy your holiday in the open air.
It's here, at the foot of the Sas dla Crusc mountain, that you can find a particular combination of nature, culture and history. It's here that every holiday is enriched with unique experiences and authentic flavours. It's here that you can live among breath-taking views and sleep immersed in the peaceful quietness of the nearby forest, made of firs, larches and stone pines. No wonder the apartments are called Niciora - from the Ladin "stone pine nut", like the ones you can find under your feet, exploring this fascinating part of South Tyrol.
